About Joe

 Joe’s motivation to run for School Board didn’t happen over-night…it has been the culmination of years of community service, growing love for the community, encouragement from friends and leaders as well as an evolving confidence that he was well prepared to make a difference.

Joe RadabaughPersonal Life/Education:

Joe is a dedicated husband to Tina and proud father of Ava (6th) and Jackson (4th), both students at Paradise Canyon Elementary.   Joe and his family have lived in La Cañada for over ten years, having moved from Pasadena in 2007.  Joe is a product of K-12 public schools and went on to graduate from the University of Michigan as well as USC (MBA).


Community Service

Joe has an extensive track record of community service, which helps him stay connected with a wide base of families from our great community. Some examples of his recent service within our community include:

- La Canada Baseball Softball Association (LCSBA)

  • LCBSA Head Coach          (2014-Present)
  • LCBSA Division General Manager (2017)
  • LCBSA League Board Member (New)

- Cub Scouts Pack 519

  • Co-Den Leader                 (2013 – Present)

- First Tee of Pasadena

  • Board Ambassador            (2017– Present)

- Active School Volunteer


Twenty-seven year career with Nestlé USA**

- Senior Executive: Division Vice President

- Cross-functional experience (Sales, Mkt, Supply Chain, IT)

- Hired/led large national teams (50+ people)

- Developed/implemented numerous national initiatives

- Managed budgets over $100mm

- Hired/managed large base of external vendors


**Retired early in Spring 2017.......allowing more time for family and community service
